Terms and Conditions
- Kindly note reservations are only confirmed upon receipt of a 50% non-refundable deposit or when secured against a valid credit card (7% will be added to all card payments).
- Balance of payment and a R150-00 refundable key deposit to be paid on arrival in cash.
- Provisional reservations not confirmed within 72 hours will automatically be released
- Special: Accommodation only on request - available for wedding guests

Transport for guests from the airport, game drives or attending weddings in the area
- We supply a special transport service for our guests, to & from the airport or attending weddings in the area.
- From R25-00 per person - Minimum of 2 people and maximum of 4 people per trip (cash payment only)
- To be arranged in advance with Dionne du Toit on 083 6605068
- Game drives at nearby Game Reserve can be arranged.  
      

 

 

 

CONFERENCES

KoelenRust Estate is the perfect venue for mini-conferences, workshops, informal boardroom meetings, product launches, staff training, think tanks, training and bosberade.

What makes it unique? Your company will have exclusive use of the entire lodge during the time of the conference. The conference room is situated in the garden which will ensure total privacy and seclusion from the outside world.

We offer stylish conferencing facilities at realistic prices. The conference room can accommodate up to 60 day delegates or 24 overnight delegates (sharing). Extra accommodation can also be arranged at neighbouring venues if required for a bigger overnight group. The venue can be subdivided into two separate conference or function units. 

Packages exclude:

* Beverages consumed not included in the package

2009 TARRIFS FOR FUNCTIONS AND WEDDINGS  

1. Venue hire:
- Up to 40 guests
- Up to 80 guests
- Up to 100 guests
- More than 100 guests

Venue hire include:
- Hiring of venue
- Use of table linen
- Use of cutlery, crockery

2. Waiter charge
R35-00 per waiter per hour and R45-00 for barman per hour
(2 waiters per table of up to 12 people are required).

3. Bar account
- Full bar facility.
- Wine glasses, beer glasses and highball glasses
- Prices indicated on the wine list are subject to change - confirm prices at final meeting
  before function

4. Menu
A basic list of menus with starters, main courses and desserts can be provided from which you may create your own menu for your function. Starting from R150-00 per person.

5. Extras for client to arrange
- Marquee tent (if required in rainy season)
- Flowers and florist
- Photographer
- Video
- Music
- Chair covers, drapings, serviettes and candles
- Overtime charge after 24h00 at R400-00 per hour or part thereof or after 8 hours for day time functions.

6. Deposit
- A deposit is paid to secure the date for your function. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
- Should the function be cancelled 4 weeks prior to the function date, the food costs will also be recovered from the client.
- The deposit will be refunded 10 days after the function date, less debits, such as excess bar, damage, breakages and other outstanding accounts.

* Up to 40 guests   - R3 000-00 deposit
* Up to 60 guests   - R4 000-00 deposit
* Up to 120 guests   - R6 000-00 deposit
